Melanie M. Keller
Executive Officer

Deputy Ethics Counselor

Ms. Keller serves as the CSR Executive Officer and Division of Management Services Director and is responsible for all administrative operations within the Center. Areas of responsibility include: finance, administrative services, information technology, committee management, human resources, equal employment opportunity and travel and meeting reimbursement for reviewers. She also serves as the Center's Deputy Ethics Counselor. In this capacity, she is responsible for the CSR Ethics Program and ensures full compliance with agency ethics rules and regulations. Together with her staff, she is continually seeking ways to improve operations so that CSR employees have the necessary services and tools to facilitate peer review for the agency.

Ms. Keller received her B.S. degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of Maryland. In June 2009, she earned her M.B.A. in Business, also from the University of Maryland.

Before coming to CSR, she worked in the NIH Office of the Director, Office of Human Resources in workforce and employee development. She also served as intramural Administrative Officer at the National Cancer Institute.
