Kristin works for the CSR director to coordinate the implementation of newly developed policies and procedures that develop as consequences to the director’s meetings with CSR staff and with external stakeholders. She earned a master's degree in government administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Her career includes service at all levels of government: federal, state and local. Kristin was a Presidential Management Intern, worked as a budget analyst at the Office of Management and Budget and as a program analyst at the Environmental Protection Agency. Her legislative experience includes working on Capitol Hill for a member of Congress and in the Maryland General Assembly for a state delegate. Kristin has been an elected City Council member in the city of College Park, M.D., and an analyst for Montgomery County, M.D. government.
