Dr. Noni Byrnes is the Chief of the Cell Biology Integrated Review Group. Prior to this, she served as the Scientific Review Officer of the Enabling Bioanalytical and Biophysical Technologies Study Section, which reviews applications in the area of cutting-edge tools development for biochemical and cell biological studies. She was also the Coordinator of CSR's Review Internship Program. Dr. Byrnes holds a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Emory University, where her research focused on the development of fluorescence spectroscopic methods. Before coming to the NIH, she was employed by Procter & Gamble (P&G) Pharmaceuticals, where she was a staff scientist in the Bioanalytical Drug Development Section. |
