Dr. Sangeeta Bhargava is an Assistant Director in the Division of Receipt and Referral. Prior to joining CSR in March 2008, she was a Program Director for Immunology and Immunotherapy at the NIDCR. Previously Dr. Bhargava was a senior scientist at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals where she was responsible for research on mucosal immunology with an emphasis on discovery and preclinical development of viral vaccines. Dr. Bhargava earned a Ph.D. in medical sciences from the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences and subsequently was a postdoctoral fellow with the late Dr. John Cebra at the University of Pennsylvania. |
